Group letters
To send to the Inspector ahead of the appeal
We’ve been given guidance that the public sending in many letters ahead of the appeal are unlikely to be read. But sending in group letters with many names assigned to them are a lot more likely to be considered by the Inspector.
We’ve produced three letters to cover the range of possible interests, for you to choose one, and let us know your name and details (a bit like a petition) and we will add your name to your chosen letter and send the letters to the Inspector on the 3rd of November.
The three letter can be viewed below, the topics are:
Landscape, wildlife and the natural environment
Horse riders
Runners, cyclers and walkers
Please be assured: your details will be kept completely private. We're going to add names only to each letter, but will save details (saved only by one person, managing as part of SAVE) to be able to verify names, should we be asked. And all contact details will be deleted following completion of the appeal.
